Let me tell you about myself first!

For 26 years I have had a private practice working with women. I specialize in Holistic Fertility Massage, Mayan Abdominal Massage and Holistic Bodywork.

I am a Certified Registered Polarity Practitioner, IYT Yoga instructor, Bliss Baby Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Certified Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy Practitioner. I have a BA from the Union University in Holistic Studies. I am the founder and director of

Inner Connections Holistic Bodywork Center located in Columbus, Ohio.

WHY

My Story

I created The Baby Making Burnout Reset Program because my choice of having children was taken away from me. My ill-managed stress affected my hormones and multiplied my fibroids. I had high, whew very high!!! anxiety and was on a constant stress hormone roller coaster. All of this made my path towards being able to get pregnant foggy. Years ago, when I was at a Mayan Abdominal Massage Training in Colorado I said to a classmate “ Well, since I can’t get pregnant then I am going to nurture women through their journey into motherhood.” So here I am, a Bliss Baby Yoga Teacher, Mayan Abdominal Massage Practitioner and a master bodywork practitioner.
